This is not an average hunting "lease". Looking for professional individual with small family. $5,000 fee includes year round use including fishing, hog hunting, turkey hunting etc. No ATVs except for the slower moving transport type. Lessor must be present during all hunts. No sub-leasing or charging others a fee to hunt. No more than 4 guns out on the property at one time. Owner's house is available to lessor for $20 per night to help defray cost of heat AC etc. Bring your own sheets however housekeeping may be available for additional charge.
